Parkes Christian School Parents and Friends Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 18th May 2017 at 7pm in the School Hall.

Thank you to all our members who commit themselves to attending meetings, held monthly on a Thursday evening.

To be part of our P & F Committee is to make new and great friends; to help alongside some of the parents in your childrens’ class; to help out at carnivals and special events; to have a greater appreciation of the fundraising that goes into our school; to be able to put forth your ideas and suggestions for improvements or events and to make a difference that’s positive and rewarding

We understand not everyone can commit to attending all meetings or help at every event the P&F committee are involved in. We are asking for volunteers who are happy to help in the background and may be able to come along to the occasional meeting.

Some of the ways you may be able to help are cooking slices etc for special assemblies, serving in the school canteen on hot food days, helping in the canteen for the athletics carnival, making meals for our food bank, help in some capacity during the Spring Fair either in preparation and/or on the day.
