In Stage 3 Science, students have explored the characteristics of various Australian flora and fauna and how they survive in the Australian outback. Exploring the botanical gardens and the exhibition, “A portrait of Australia,” will allow students to explore these concepts close up.
Students have also explored important Australian historical events within Stage 3 History. These concepts will be observed further within the exhibition, “A Portrait of Australia: Stories through the lens of Australian Geographic,” and by exploring historical items at the Orange Botanical Gardens.
