Parkes Paint the Town Read day will be on Friday 26th August. The theme for 2022 is Nursery Rhymes. 

Students will enjoy the return of the Parkes Shire Reading Day as they Paint the Town REaD!!! The importance of reading will be reinforced to the students through fun activities throughout the morning.

Itinerary
9.15am Bus to Cooke Park
9.30am Park Circuit for Kindy
9.30am Year 1 and 2 to do activities and shows walking up Leagues Club side of the main street, up to Roasted Kombi and then back down to the park
11.00am Bus from Cooke Park back to school

The theme for this year is "Nursery Rhymes", however it is fine for students to wear their Book Week Dress Up Day costumes.
