Parkes Christian School has its Year 7 Orientation Days on Tuesday, 18 October, and Thursday, 27 October.

This will be a great opportunity for students to experience a day as a high school student – moving between classrooms, having multiple teachers, reading a timetable and meeting new people.

Students will need to bring their pencil case with normal stationery supplies, a hat, drink bottle and recess and lunch – there is no school canteen.

Students can wear normal mufti clothes and we would like to remind students that they still need to wear closed in shoes or joggers for safety reasons and can not wear any clothes that are inappropriate for school. 

Students need to meet outside the School Hall when the bell goes for roll call at 8.55am. 
Students are welcome to be at school from 8.30am and catch the bus if needed.


Students will be split into two groups, 7H and 7V during roll call.
