Year 8 will be going to Parkes Waste Management Facility on Wednesday 29 June from 9:45am to 11am to learn about the scientific processes involved. Students are required to wear full school winter uniform.

Event overview:Students celebrate the last day of term by taking part in the traditional Mini Olympics. After a stirring opening ceremony students take part in amazing events that may include skateboard luge, the caber toss, and toss the socks in the basket!The winners take home the Mini Olympics trophy, medals made out of foil, and glory for their class.Additional Information:Each class has been assigned a country (details are on the attached poster). On Friday we will have our last Peer Support of the term. To end the term there will be a heap of questions for Year 11 and 12 to ask their groups. We will also have a game of something to finish and subway cookies and juice!
