Canberra Excursion (Yrs 9/10)
June 26 @ 7:15 am - June 28 @ 7:00 pm
On Monday 26 June to Wednesday 28 June our Year 9 and 10 Students have the opportunity to engage with a number of different attractions throughout Canberra, covering a range of Key Learning Areas. However, the main focus is on HSIE with an extensive tour of the War Memorial and a session at Parliament House.
Students are required to bring their full school uniform in order to show their respect at various locations in Canberra. However, most activities will involve casual clothing. Further details will be explained closer to the excursion. Students can bring phones, but must also have their Yondr pouch with them.
This excursion is mandatory for all Stage 5 students and is an important part of their studies. Parents need to talk to Mr Westcott and Miss Oates if there is a legitimate reason for not being able to attend the excursion.
