On Friday, 8 September from 9.30am – 11.30am, All K-2 students will participate in the annual Parkes Reading Day – Paint the Town REaD celebrations. They will attend a special ceremony in Cooke Park and also participate in fun activites up and down the main street (Year 1 and 2 only).


Itinerary
9.15am Depart PCS to travel to Cooke Park
9.30am – 11.30am Participate in activities and ceremony
12.00pm Students arrive back at PCS

Additional Information
Students need to wear sports uniform and will wear special party hats they have made at school. Students will also need a drink bottle and their fruit break to eat in the park. Parents are most welcome to come along and enjoy the day.
