Modern History ate their way through the start of the First World War today! With English strawberry and creams, German bullets and French frogs they examined the ways troop build-ups and movements could cause problems for the major powers. Russian gummy bears and Belgian racing cars tried to deploy their jelly beans to their best advantage.
We may have munched the lollies at the end – a far more peaceful way to deal with the war! (don’t worry we were wearing gloves!!)
