Year 1 have started Term 3 with great excitement and amazing learning.
This term they will be developing their skills in writing narratives to entertain readers.
To assist us with our narrative writing we have a treehouse in our classroom! How does this help our narrative writing? We make stories up as we play. We set the scene and think of a complication that would be a good plot. We introduce characters and then we find a resolution. All elements of a well-written narrative.
