Science is always a favourite in Year 3 and 4.
This term we have been looking at solids, liquids and gases. It is always fun experimenting with changing from one state to the next.
Today students were comparing the melting times of different types of chocolate. The class made some well thought out predictions and found out that the results are not always as you expect. We had some interesting theories about why that was the case, but further experiments in this will just have to wait.
The class were pretty happy with eating chocolate as a consolation prize.
